FAQ & Policies

Production Time

Our current production time is Business Days, with an additional 2-3 business days for shipping.  All of our orders are custom printed.  We do not print an item until AFTER an order is received for it.  This enables us to offer a greater range of color, size, and style choices.

Rush Orders

Rush service is available.  To place a RUSH on an order you must call us at 918-384-9807.  We will do our BEST to accommodate you.  Please respect the fact that we serve our customers in the order their requests are received.

Payment

We accept Personal Checks, Money Orders, and secure credit card payments thru PayPalTM.  All of our orders are custom printed.  We require payment at the time the order is placed.  We do not print an item until AFTER full payment is received for it. 

Discounts

We offer a discount on all team orders.  A “team” order consists of 6 pieces of the SAME color, style, & printed design.  Please call us for further details

Taxes

There is a 8.55% Sales Tax on all OKLAHOMA orders.

Returns or Exchanges

All of our orders are custom printed.  We do not print an item until AFTER an order is received for it.  This enables us to offer a greater range of color, size, and style choices.  We will not accept returns unless:  1. The merchandise ordered is defective, or  2. The wrong items are received.  We will not accept returns based on size or garment color inconsistency. Not all computer monitors show colors the same.  Please view our size charts before placing your order.

Watz Ur Game LLC is not responsible for any problems with orders that have been opened or left unattended after they are delivered.

Contact customer service at: 918-384-9807 within 48 hours of receipt, if you have any problems with your order.  We will give you a Return Authorization Number.  Items will not be accepted for return if you do not receive a Return Authorization Number.

Backorders & Discontinued Items

If we are out of stock on any item you purchase, we will contact you.  You will have the option to wait on the delayed item, or receive a refund.

Custom printed merchandise,

ALL of our orders are custom printed.  We do not print an item until AFTER an order is received for it.  This enables us to offer a greater range of color, size and style choices.  We reserve the right to not print profane, racial, or hateful remarks. Each product that we produce reflects our reputation. If your custom request is considered inappropriate, you will be contacted to change or remove that item from your order.

Licensed, Trademarked, or Patented Designs 

Due to copyright and trademark laws, we are unable to print any of the following on your items: College Names, Company Names, Sports Teams (collegiate & professional), Trade Marked/Brand Names, Names of music groups, or sorority & fraternity letters/names.

Privacy

Watz Ur Game LLC will never sell, share, rent or otherwise release your information to other companies or organizations.
